MAJ Developments provide Specialist Services to the Shop Fitting Industry. We provide On-Site Management with our team of contractors carrying out a range of services including Brokk Remote Controlled Demolition, Concrete Cutting, External Works, Store Strip-outs and General Building Work.

Our management aim to complete our contracts with minimal disruption to the store involved and on program. We work alongside the main contractor and client to ensure we deliver on time.

Unforeseen items and problems on site are dealt with professionally ensuring minimal delays to program.

We employ our own HSE Consultant to monitor our contracts and staff, produce our Method Statements & Risk Assessments and operate a Company Training Matrix.

All construction work is carried out to current regulations by trained operatives.
